and operations, marketing intelligence and specialized M&A support. Supported clients from
start-up to large publicly traded multinationals.
V i ce President, Europe, Surgical Division, Bausch & Lomb, Germany — 1997-1998
Managed the merger of the European surgical eye care operations of Chiron Vision and Storz.
Managing Director, EMA, Storz Ophthalmics, Germany — 1989-1997
Managed the ophthalmic surgical devices and pharmaceutical businesses, including an instrument
manufacturing plant and 200 employees.
